Aidaptus® accommodates both 1mL and 2.25mL glass syringes in the same base device with minimal change parts.
Aidaptus® innovative design is compatible with a wide range of syringe flanges: 1mL cropped, round and small round flange plus 2.25mL small round flange.
With a choice of delivery springs Aidaptus® is suitable for a range of viscosities.

Auto-adjust plunger technology
Aidaptus® dynamically adjusts to different fill volumes with no change parts using auto-adjust plunger technology. The same technology also generates a gap between the stopper and plunger to restrict rearward movement of the stopper and help maintain container closure integrity (CCI). The patented plunger technology automatically adjusts to each syringe stopper position during final assembly of the device, so no additional steps are required.

Reduced risk and time to market
Aidaptus® provides pharmaceutical manufacturers the option to modify drug volumes and viscosities, without needing to change their selected delivery device. The innovative auto-adjust plunger can be used with a range of different fill volumes with no change parts.
A choice of delivery springs allows options for higher viscosity formulations such as biologics. This provides true flexibility for pharmaceutical companies during the clinical trial phase of drug development and also for life cycle management.
As a true platform Aidaptus® has advantages in reducing the work and risk associated with changes in formulation such as additional verification testing, human factors studies and regulatory documentation. This will all help to both reduce risk and time to market for the final combination product.
